Any additional features, revisions, or services outside the original scope will be subject to extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, content, and approvals required for project completion.
Ensure that all materials (images, text, videos, logos, etc.) provided do not violate copyrights or laws.
Respond promptly to queries, approvals, and communications to avoid delays.
4. Payments & Fees
A non-refundable advance payment (percentage as agreed) must be made before the project starts.
Remaining payments must be cleared before delivery or website/app launch.
Delayed payments may lead to suspension of services.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Revisions will be provided as per the agreed package.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
6. Delivery & Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation.
Vivek Technology Solutions is not liable for delays caused by late client responses, third-party issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the final project will transfer to the client only after full payment.
Vivek Technology Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project information, client data, and business strategies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vivek Technology Solutions will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or downtime caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or cyberattacks.
We do not guarantee ranking results for SEO or social media engagement, as they depend on external factors.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Payments made are non-refundable. Incomplete projects will be billed proportionally for work completed.
11. Governing Law
